Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and assembly of custom wood products and components
• Measure, cut, sand, and prepare materials according to specifications
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
• Assemble and finish products while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect materials and completed products for accuracy and craftsmanship
• Assist with material handling, organization, and preparation of finished products

Qualifications

• Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting
• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn
